Rina is PJL’s Logistician, based in Antsirabe. He joined Projet Jeune Leader in 2020 as a driver-courier and quickly moved up to become a logistics assistant, then logistics manager for all our activities. Today, he leads the organization’s logistics operations and serves as the go-to person for all PJL teams on logistics and asset management.

Rina oversees the logistics team, ensuring the smooth distribution, tracking, replenishment, and inventory of supplies and equipment. He is responsible for managing PJL’s assets, from office supplies and equipment to vehicles and other operational resources. He also works to continuously improve the organization’s logistics systems and processes while making sure that PJL’s asset management software remains accurate and up to date.
