Charlotte Gamba-Dolfer

Charlotte is the Director of Operations and Strategic Development at Projet Jeune Leader. She leads the translation of PJL’s strategic priorities into clear, coordinated, and achievable action plans. Under her leadership, our operations teams ensure that the systems, resources, and processes are in place to deliver high-quality programs effectively and efficiently.

Alongside her operational role, Charlotte helps drive PJL’s strategic growth by managing technical and funding partnerships, supporting the management of restricted grants, contributing to donor proposals and reports, and fostering strategic partnerships and advocacy efforts that strengthen the organization’s mission and long-term impact.

After earning a law degree, Charlotte moved to Madagascar in 2017. She spent nearly six years working in the international development sector before joining Projet Jeune Leader. Based in our Antananarivo office, she also represents the organization at key meetings, events, and strategic coordination forums.

With her strategic mindset, creativity, and extensive experience, Charlotte brings resh perspectives that help PJL continue to grow and expand its impact.
