Henintsoa Razanamiary
Event Accountant
Fianarantsoa
Henintsoa has gained extensive experience in finance and accounting through her work with several civil society organizations, including FERT/CAP, FERT/AROPA, the NGO Akanin’ny Marary Ambositra, the USAID Mikolo Ambositra project, and the NGO AJIPAD.
Today, as Event Accountant at Projet Jeune Leader, Henintsoa is based in our Fianarantsoa office. She is responsible for the administrative, budgetary, and accounting management of expenses related to external events organized by PJL’s technical and operational teams. She oversees the preparation, tracking, and compliance of expenses for trainings, workshops, team gatherings, field missions, strategic meetings, awareness-raising activities, and other events involving participants from outside the organization. In this role, she acts as a key coordination point between technical, operational, finance, and logistics teams, helping ensure that activities are implemented smoothly while meeting PJL’s procedures and the requirements of our technical and financial partners.
Organized and dedicated, Henintsoa brings her skills and commitment to supporting PJL’s mission and creating positive impact through her work.

I believe in the importance of Projet Jeune Leader’s mission because young people face so many challenges growing up. As someone who was their age not that long ago, I feel I cannot be complacent. Working for a youth development organization, I am able to do my part and take on a role to help the next generation.
