Miora joined Projet Jeune Leader in 2019 as an Accounting Assistant, after gaining experience in accounting and business operations with several large private sector companies.
Based in our Antsirabe office, Miora now serves as Service Provider Accountant, overseeing the administrative, budgetary, and accounting management of expenses related to the services contracted by PJL. She manages the follow-up of contracts, service agreements, and financial commitments involving consultants, service providers, vendors, and other external partners, ensuring that all processes comply with PJL’s procedures and the requirements of our technical and financial partners. She also contributes to the preparation of monthly budgets related to service contracts and supports the monitoring and assessment of the quality of services provided.
With her strong attention to detail and organizational skills, Miora plays an important role in ensuring that service-related expenses are properly managed, documented, and compliant with established standards.
What drives me in my role at Projet Jeune Leader is our work with and for young people. I feel strongly about this mission because young people are the foundation of our society, and they need to be empowered and nurtured to have happy, successful futures.
