Sarobidy plays an important role in organizing and analyzing qualitative data collected through Projet Jeune Leader’s various activities, helping uncover valuable insights, trends, and recommendations. Passionate about learning and research, Sarobidy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information and Communication. She has built a unique academic background by combining communication and information sciences with software engineering and database management. Her professional journey reflects her versatility, curiosity, and commitment to using technology and data to continuously improve existing systems.
Sarobidy joined PJL as a data entry operator before progressing into an Evaluation Assistant role and later becoming a Data Processing and Analysis Assistant. Based in Antsirabe, she works on organizing, analyzing, and synthesizing qualitative data from across PJL’s programs to transform field experiences and monitoring information into practical knowledge for the teams. She also contributes to developing digital tools and approaches that strengthen qualitative data analysis at scale. Alongside her data work, Sarobidy collaborates closely with the Communications team to identify impactful stories and key messages to highlight, including through the development of new editions of PJL’s EKO magazines.
Full of energy and creativity, Sarobidy brings enthusiasm, positivity, and a great sense of motivation to the PJL team every day!
