Vero Andriamampionona

Vero joined Projet Jeune Leader with 11 years of experience at the NGO Bel Avenir, where she worked as an Administrative and Finance Manager. After several years as a PJL accountant in Fianarantsoa, she took on the role of Finance Manager for the organization.

Today, Vero plays a key role in ensuring the accuracy and smooth functioning of PJL’s financial operations. She oversees the recording and monitoring of expenses, the preparation of monthly financial reports, and the proper management of supporting documents. She also supervises payments, banking operations, and the finance teams under her responsibility.

Thanks to her strong attention to detail and extensive financial management experience, Vero has helped PJL successfully manage a growing portfolio of grants and partnerships. She contributes to maintaining reliable and consistent financial procedures across the organization, from PJL’s offices to its teams and field activities.
