Estelle Ratoandrosoa

Trained and practicing as a lawyer, Estelle Ratoandrosoa has always had a particular interest in gender and human/women's rights. Her research has focused especially on how gender considerations affect development, both within the family and at the national level—a subject she explored in depth in her research thesis during her graduate studies at the University of Bristol in England.

She has worked as a Labor and Social Law Inspector and as a Human Resources and Legal Affairs Consultant, and currently works as a Legal Consultant. She hopes to put more of her experience and skills to work for young people, as she firmly believes that education remains the key to a nation's economic and social development.
