A Projet Jeune Leader, on s'engage à sauvegarder et à promouvoir le bien-être de toutes les personnes – adultes, enfants et adolescent.e.s – qui entrent en contact avec ses programmes. Le soutien et la protection des enfants, des adolescent.e.s et des adultes vulnérables constituent des priorités essentielles pour notre organisation.
Nous adoptons une approche de tolérance zéro vis-à-vis de toute forme d'abus, de harcèlement et d'exploitation visant les enfants, les adolescent.e.s participants à nos programmes, les membres de nos équipes ou toute personne en situation de vulnérabilité. Notre Politique de Sauvegarde et de Protection (accessible en pièce jointe ci-dessous en français et en anglais) expose nos engagements dans ces domaines.
Toute personne agissant au nom ou pour le compte de Projet Jeune Leader est tenue de respecter les principes et les normes de conduite qui y sont énoncés. Nous attendons également de nos partenaires qu’ils adhèrent aux mêmes engagements en matière de sauvegarde et de protection. A ce titre, Projet Jeune Leader se réserve le droit de résilier tout accord, engagement, ou convention – quel que soit son degré de formalité – avec tout partenaire dont les actions seraient contraires à ces engagements ou en violation de ceux-ci.
Pour signaler tout soupçon ou preuve d'abus commis envers un.e enfant, adolescent.e ou un adulte – qu'ils soient perpétrés par le personnel, les bénévoles, les consultants, les éducateurs, ou d’autres personnes associées à Projet Jeune Leader – veuillez :

We also expect all our partners to share these same commitments to safeguarding and protection. Consequently, we reserve the right to terminate any agreement, contract, or partnership—formal or informal—with partners who act against or violate these commitments in any way.
