Noëlle Sandy Rasendra

Noëlle Sandy Rasendra is a senior Malagasy executive with over 20 years of experience in finance, governance, compliance, risk management, and leadership, gained across international organizations, the development sector, and the mining industry. She currently serves as Compliance Specialist at Rio Tinto QMM.

Her career has been shaped by a strong focus on integrity, transparency, accountability, and good governance. She also served as Technical Advisor to the Ministry of Education, an experience that deepened her commitment to development and the public interest.

Deeply devoted to humanitarian and development causes, she is also active in civic life as a member of Lions Club International. She firmly believes that leadership is most meaningful when put in service to others.

Today, she hopes to put her experience and convictions to work for young people, helping to promote responsible, transparent management grounded in trust and integrity. Passionate about cross-cultural exchange and discovery, she loves to travel and sees openness to the world as a constant source of learning and enrichment.
