Ramy Razafindralambo

Ramy Razafindralambo is an economist specializing in monitoring, evaluation, and learning. For more than twenty years, she has worked alongside development actors in Madagascar and across Africa, bringing an analytical perspective that remains deeply grounded in the human and social realities of the communities she serves. She has co-designed and managed large-scale national programs in health, agriculture and fisheries, and environment and climate change. She has also led numerous strategic evaluations for initiatives funded by the World Bank, the United Nations, IFAD, and USAID, always with an eye toward understanding what these actions actually change in the lives of beneficiaries.

Her analytical skills have enabled her to conduct in-depth studies, socioeconomic evaluations, and cost-benefit or cost-effectiveness analyses, helping decision-makers make informed choices and design projects grounded in social and human dynamics.
