Adrienne Onjasoanirina

Training Coordinator

Antsirabe

After studying agronomy, Onja started her journey with Projet Jeune Leader as an educator, working directly with students in the Haute Matsiatra region for nearly three years. Deeply passionate about the PJL program and convinced of its impact on Malagasy youth, she now brings her experience and dedication to supporting the next generation of educators.

Based in Antsirabe, Onja is now PJL’s Training Coordinator, where she leads the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of initial training programs for different types of educators and teachers. She ensures that trainings maintain a high pedagogical quality and helps build institutional partnerships that strengthen and sustain these programs over time. She also trains, supervises, and supports several assistants who contribute to specific training activities when needed.

A committed and enthusiastic team member, Onja brings incredible energy and positivity to those around her. Always ready to take on new challenges, she is also the person you can count on to brighten up the room with a few dance moves!

What I love most about my job is the collaborative spirit. Everyone brings their skills to the table to achieve a common goal. I strongly believe in PJL’s mission. As a Jeune Leader, I saw firsthand the positive impact the program had on young people and their families. Knowing that my work contributes to improving lives in Madagascar and helps create sustainable solutions is what drives me every day.
