Ando is our Data Collection Assistant, based in our Antsirabe office. She has been passionate about education for many years. She started her career as a high school Spanish teacher before working as a PJL Educator from 2018 to 2020.
Today, she plays a key role on the Monitoring and Evaluation team. She travels across Madagascar to meet educators, young people, and partners, gathering data and stories that help us keep improving the quality of our program. With her warm and radiant personality, Ando brings positive energy that inspires and motivates everyone she works with.
One of my responsibilities at PJL is to read and analyze comments we receive from our program beneficiaries, like students, parents, and schoolteachers. It’s the best part of the job, because I can see how they changed thanks to PJL’s Educators.
