Ando is our Technical Assistant, based in our Fianarantsoa office. She plays a cross-cutting role to support our programs team and our CSE Educators. One of her areas of expertise at Projet Jeune Leader has been to collect and analyze the qualitative data that we collect on our program as part of our constituent accountability efforts. Ando has long been interested in education, starting her career as a high school Spanish teacher then becoming a PJL Educator from 2018 to 2020.
One of my responsibilities at PJL is to read and analyze comments we receive from our program beneficiaries, like students, parents, and schoolteachers. It’s the best part of the job, because I can see how they changed thanks to PJL’s Educators.
