Ando is our technical assistant, based in our Antsirabe office. She has been passionate about education for many years. She started her career as a high school Spanish teacher before working as a PJL Educator from 2018 to 2020.
Today, she plays a key role in our social franchise model. She travels across Madagascar to meet with partner organizations running the PJL program and supports their new CSE educators. With her warm and radiant personality, Ando brings positive energy that inspires and motivates everyone she works with.
One of my responsibilities at PJL is to read and analyze comments we receive from our program beneficiaries, like students, parents, and schoolteachers. It’s the best part of the job, because I can see how they changed thanks to PJL’s Educators.
