Lanja’s journey with Projet Jeune Leader began in 2018 as a PJL Educator. For nearly 6 years, he led our Comprehensive Sexuality Education program for thousands of students in our partner public schools in the Amoron’i Mania region. After studying rural infrastructure, he joined our team as a logistics assistant, based in Antsirabe.
In his daily role, Lanja manages equipment inventory, handles the shipment of materials and mail, supports the logistics coordinator with distributing materials to Educators, and helps organize the logistics for various PJL events.
An enthusiastic and dedicated colleague, Lanja brings a warm and positive energy to the entire office!
My time as a PJL Educator really made me happy because I was able to provide education to young adolescents in middle school, helping them gain the skills, knowledge, and support they need in their lives. They truly saw me as a trusted older sibling, and it was a joyful time whenever we were together. Right now, I've chosen to stay involved with PJL as a Logistics Assistant. Even though I can’t directly offer education on the ground anymore, I can still offer my support and work alongside the PJL Educator who are continuing this mission.
