Fandresena Anjaratodisoa
Research Coordinator
Fianarantsoa
Fandresena is our Research Coordinator, based in Fianarantsoa. She holds a degree in Computer Science and has several years of experience working with young people, as well as in monitoring, evaluation, and learning, primarily in southern Madagascar. Highly involved in the field, Fandresena plays a key role in conducting research and evaluations for Projet Jeune Leader (PJL). Working closely with our stakeholders, she leads information sessions, organizes debriefing workshops, and actively contributes to both quantitative and qualitative data collection. Creative and dynamic, Fandresena approaches her work with dedication, bringing a contagious energy and positive attitude. Her days are filled with good vibes and a few dance moves.
What I enjoy most about my work is leading workshops and sharing my enthusiasm, meeting and talking directly with beneficiaries during field visits, and seeing the joy on their faces when they welcome the PJL team. I truly believe in the mission of Projet Jeune Leader, and the real impact of its success is evident in the growth of the young people we’ve trained and the satisfaction of parents, who share how their children have positively changed!
