Faniry Raharimanana

Faniry is our Human Resources Director, based in Antsirabe. With a Master’s degree in Management, she brings a wealth of experience in human resources, accounting, and project management, gained through her work with various organizations and programs across Madagascar.

At Projet Jeune Leader (PJL), Faniry uses her expertise to ensure effective management and foster the well-being of the team. Whether it’s improving processes, managing recruitment, or supervising staff, she is passionate about creating a work environment that is healthy, dynamic, and inclusive. As HR Director, she also takes pride in upholding PJL’s values and celebrating the dedication of the team.

Faniry is always attentive to the needs of others, making sure every team member feels valued and empowered to do their best in advancing PJL’s mission. Known for her organizational skills and attention to detail, she creates a balance between efficiency and a warm, supportive workplace where everyone can thrive.

Outside of work, Faniry is just as social and active. She loves team games, spending time with friends and family, and going on outings.
