Fenohasina holds a Master’s degree in Management from the “Conservatoire national des arts et métiers” in Paris, as well as a professional bachelor’s degree in Management and Finance. She has developed her expertise working with international NGOs, particularly in the field of sexual and reproductive health, where she gained significant experience in both organizational and strategic roles.
Fenohasina joined Projet Jeune Leader in 2025 as Administrative Manager and Executive Support, based in our Antananarivo office. In this role, she supports the Executive Director by providing cross-cutting assistance in a wide range of areas. She also helps keep internal procedures and policies up to date and ensures their continuous improvement, while playing a key role in managing national and international consultants and overseeing the smooth administrative functioning of our three offices. Versatile and dedicated, Fenohasina brings her skills and commitment to advancing PJL’s strategic objectives.

As a mother, I feel the importance of building a better future for our children, and I am grateful for the opportunity to play my part in helping create better opportunities for young adolescents in Madagascar.
