Lalaina Herinirina

Lalaina is our Accounting Assistant based in Fianarantsoa. She holds a Master’s degree (Year 1) in Management and brings a well-rounded background in both accounting and project management. She joined Projet Jeune Leader in 2025 to support the Finance Manager with the administrative side of her work. Organized and versatile, Lalaina makes sure our accounting records are always up to date, cash transactions are logged with precision, and all documents are archived with care. She also prepares checks and verifies accounting documents in line with our procedures before passing them on to the Finance Manager. Always cheerful and willing to help, Lalaina brings a mix of positivity and efficiency that brightens the whole team.
