Mirantsoa is our Data and IT Assistant. She holds an engineering degree from the National School of Computer Science in Madagascar, and has built a diverse skill set that spans from website development to automating data management pipelines, as well as programming.
She joined PJL in 2025 and is based in our Fianarantsoa office, where she supports our Data and IT Manager. Mirantsoa helps manage, monitor, and optimize Projet Jeune Leader’s information systems and databases. She plays a key role in processing and verifying data, ensuring its reliability, and keeping our IT tools running smoothly.Mirantsoa also works closely with staff, technical coordinators, research assistants, and CSE Educators to carry out first-level diagnostics on their equipment and maintain accurate records of our IT inventory. With her strong teamwork skills and organizational abilities, she ensures that PJL’s essential program data remains complete, accurate, and accessible year after year.
What I love about working at PJL is being able to help others solve their technical issues while constantly learning and growing. I’m also proud to be part of the team because everyone I work with is kind and brings a positive energy to everything we do.
