Ravaka Randrianasolo

Ravaka started at Projet Jeune Leader one of our PJL Educator. Energetic and dedicated, she spent nearly 5 years working with students and their communities. Ravaka joined our monitoring and evaluation team in 2025 with a degree in economics and management and a Master’s in Agricultural Development and Policy in progress
She currently works as a data collection assistant, based in our Fianarantsoa office. She often travels the winding roads of the Malagasy highlands to meet with our stakeholders and gather data directly from the field.
Her day-to-day work also includes organizing, classifying, and archiving physical data from PJL’s intervention sites, as well as entering the data collected from our studies into our databases. Ravaka is also responsible for transcribing audiovisual data and managing the logistics of data collection, working closely with our local partners to coordinate everything.
Highly organized, Ravaka is a key member of our team, playing a crucial role in the success of our program’s monitoring and research efforts!
