Sandra Randriamananjara

Sandra holds a Master's degree in Domestic and International Law. She joined PJL in 2026 as Operations Coordinator, after several years of experience in project management, where she built strong expertise in logistics, operations, and team coordination.

Based at Antananarivo's office, Sandra plays a central role in ensuring the smooth planning and execution of PJL's operations. She works closely with teams across the organization to coordinate activities, facilitate communication, and ensure that programs are implemented efficiently and effectively.

Sandra leads the operational planning and coordination of our technical teams, making sure that logistical needs are anticipated and that activities are well organized from start to finish. Acting as a bridge between the technical, administrative, and finance teams, as well as external operational partners, she helps keep the organization running smoothly through her collaborative approach, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset.
