What struck me first at PJL was the team’s motivation, passion, and energy. There’s a warmth and sincerity in their commitment that I haven’t encountered anywhere else. I’m also deeply moved by the emphasis on accountability—it guides every action at PJL, especially toward adolescents. At PJL, there’s this rare blend of enthusiasm, dedication, and responsibility that makes you want to believe in it and keep moving forward.
