Hariniaina Rasoazanany

Hariniaina Rasoazanany is a former Projet Jeune Leader Educator – and one of the first in the organization’s history! She began her professional career with Projet Jeune Leader in 2014. Within the organization, she has held various positions, ranging from Educator to Program Coordinator for Young Girls. In 2016, during her time with the Projet Jeune Leader, Hariniaina co-authored the first Malagasy book for adolescents and pre-adolescents on menstrual hygiene, titled Fitombona sy Fiovana, in collaboration with the international NGO Grow and Know. The book was approved by the Ministry of National Education and distributed nationwide in 2017.
Hariniaina holds a Master’s degree in Educational Sciences and has trained 300 primary school teachers in various regions of Madagascar on menstrual hygiene.
Since 2018, Hariniaina has held several leadership positions within international NGOs while remaining active in the fields of adolescent and youth promotion. She is currently a United Nations Volunteer, working on peacebuilding with young people in Toamasina, Madagascar. Hariniaina has also been a board member of Projet Jeune Leader since 2022.
