Nicola Raharimanantsoa Razanamparany has led finance, operations, and grants teams on large and complex USAID projects. She brings over 20 years of experience in finance, operations, and grants management. Nicola has provided technical assistance in both French- and English-speaking countries across Africa and the Caribbean.

Her main areas of expertise include project start-up, implementation, monitoring, and close-out, with a focus on financial management, operations, human resources, procurement, asset management, and grants programs (strategy, solicitation, selection, contracting, and monitoring). Throughout her career, Nicola has delivered capacity-building support to grant-receiving NGOs and other partner organizations in various countries.
