Henintsoa Andriantseheno

Henintsoa is our Operations Coordinator, based in our Antananarivo office. With a background in project management, she has worked in key roles for organizations focused on education, public health, and protecting the rights of children in conflict with the law. She holds a Master’s degree in Development Project Design and Engineering, as well as a Master’s degree in Applied Economics.

She joined Projet Jeune Leader in 2025 to provide organizational, operational and administrative support to the Program Management team. Her work focuses on coordinating activities, ensuring smooth information flow between teams, and tracking the progress of ongoing initiatives. Day to day, Henintsoa plays a vital role in managing partnerships with local CSOs, planning activities, and consolidating and managing key documents, from reports to learning materials. Dedicated and highly effective, she helps keep PJL’s program operations running seamlessly.
