Stella Radimbison

Stella joined Projet Jeune Leader in 2016 as an Administrative and Finance Assistant, bringing several years of experience in accounting and management from both the civil society sector (including at Ingénieurs Sans Frontières, AROPA and AFDI, and Centre de Services Agricoles) and the private sector (BFV – Banque Société Génerale). Société Générale Bank). Over the years, she has grown within the organization and now serves as PJL’s Finance Director, based in Antsirabe.

Responsible for ensuring the organization’s strong financial management, Stella oversees PJL’s accounting, budget monitoring, and financial processes. Working closely with the Executive Director, she develops budgets, tracks their implementation, and ensures that resources are used effectively and in line with PJL’s objectives and partners’ requirements.

Stella also supports funding applications and prepares financial reports for PJL’s various donors. She leads the finance and logistics teams, helps strengthen internal systems, and regularly updates PJL’s administrative, financial, and logistics procedures. She also oversees the organization’s asset management in close collaboration with the logistics team.

Through her expertise, attention to detail, and dedication, Stella plays a key role in strengthening PJL’s foundations and supporting the organization’s continued growth and impact.
