Stella Radimbison

Stella is our Director of Finance and Administration. She joined Projet Jeune Leader in 2016 as an Administration and Finance Assistant and later served as our Manager of Finance and Administration. Stella is responsible for managing the organization’s accounts and budgets, working closely with our Executive Director to establish stringent financial procedures, track expenses, report to donors, and ensure good diligence. Stella has over ten years of experience in accounting and management. She has worked in both the civil society sector (including at Ingénieurs Sans Frontières, AROPA and AFDI, and Centre de Services Agricoles) and in the private sector at the BFV – Banque Société Génerale.
