Sample in service training module on Managing and Resolving Conflict
Our educators participate in this two-hour workshop as part of their in-service capacity building. We find that covering this theme in-service – versus pre-service – is more relevant and effective, as by then, educators have experiences that they can reflect on.
TESTIMONIAL
At the end of the 2020 school year, 50 Projet Jeune Leader educators completed “Importance versus difficulty matrices” to rank how important the different aspects of their jobs are to achieving the CSE program’s goals. They ranked in-service trainings as one of the most important parts of their jobs – only behind teaching the CSE courses to students – to achieving the goals of Projet Jeune Leader.
